Common use of Return of Keys Clause in Contracts

Return of Keys. At the end of the Term, the Tenant shall promptly return to the Landlord all keys for the Building and the Premises, which are in possession of the Tenant. If the Tenant fails to return all such keys, the Landlord may charge and recover as rent a fee at the rate then in effect as determined by the Landlord, acting reasonably.
