Return of Keys. At the end of the Term, Tenant shall promptly return to Landlord all keys for the Building and Premises which are in possession of Tenant.

Return of Keys. All door keys and locksets furnished to any tenant shall remain the property of Landlord. Upon termination of occupancy of it premises, each tenant shall deliver to Landlord all keys furnished by Landlord, and any reproductions thereof made by or at the direction of such tenant. In the event of loss of any keys so furnished, the affected tenant shall immediately report the loss to Landlord and such tenant shall reimburse Landlord, at Landlord's then standard rates, for (a) the cost of replacing such keys or (b) should Landlord decide that re-keying the locks is necessary for the security of such premises, the cost (including labor and materials) of re-keying all locks keyed to such lost keys. Upon termination of occupancy of its premises, each tenant shall also deliver to Landlord all keys to any other locks remaining in the premises and shall give Landlord written notice of the combinations of any locks to any safes, cabinets, vaults, or doors to "Restricted Areas", if the same are not removed by such tenant.
Return of Keys. Occupant must return the keys to the Property to the Institute when Occupant vacates the Property on (INSERT DEPARTURE DATE HERE) or earlier.

If any such access card or key is lost, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, at Landlord’s election, either the cost of replacing such lost access card or key or the cost of reprogramming the access security system in which such access card was used or changing the lock or locks opened by such lost key.
Return of Keys. You must return the keys to the Apartment to us when you vacate the Apartment.

Return of Keys. If tenant fails to return all keys provided by landlord at the beginning of tenant's tenancy upon vacating then tenant will be assessed a fee of $ 75.00 per lock. This includes all keys, such as mailbox, laundry and storage keys, not just the keys to the unit. Such fees may be deducted from tenant’s security deposit.
