Common use of Return of Documents and Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents and Property. Upon the effective date of notice of Executive’s or Employer’s election to terminate Executive’s employment, or at any time upon the request of Employer, Executive (or her heirs or personal representatives) shall deliver to Employer (a) all documents and materials containing trade secrets or other confidential information relating to Employer’s business and affairs, and (b) all documents, materials and other property belonging to Employer, which in either case are in the possession or under the control of Executive (or her heirs or personal representatives).
