Common use of Return of Documents and Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents and Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall immediately deliver to the Company (a) all documents and materials containing Confidential Information (including without limitation any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing information relating to the business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidential), and (b) all other documents, materials and other property belonging to any member of the Parent Group that are in the possession or under the control of the Executive.

Return of Documents and Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive (or his her heirs or personal representatives) shall immediately deliver to the Company (a) all documents and materials containing Confidential Information (including without limitation any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing information relating to the business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidential), and (b) all other documents, materials and other property belonging to any member of the Parent Group that are in the possession or under the control of the Executive.

Upon the termination of the Executive’s 's employment for (regardless of reason), or at any reasontime upon the request of the Corporation, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representativesrepresentative) shall immediately deliver to the Company (a) Corporation all documents and materials containing Confidential Information (property belonging to it, including without limitation limitation, any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing information relating to the business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidentialautomobile(s), and (b) all other documentscomputer programs or equipment, materials and cellular telephones, beepers or other property belonging to the Corporation, and documents, property and data of any member of the Parent Group that are nature and in the possession any form, including electronic or under the control of the Executivemagnetic form, and rolodex files, reflecting any confidential information described in Section 7.

Upon the termination of Executive's -------------------------------- employment by the Executive’s employment for Corporation, or at any reasontime upon the request of the Corporation, the Executive (or his heirs heir or personal representativesrepresentative) shall immediately deliver to the Company Corporation: (a) all documents and materials containing Confidential Information (including without limitation any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing trade secrets and other confidential information relating to the Corporation's business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidential)affairs, and (b) all other documents, materials and other property belonging to any member of the Parent Group Corporation or its affiliated companies that are in the possession or under the control of the Executive.

Upon The Executive shall upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall Term of Employment immediately deliver up to or at the direction of the Company (a) all documents price lists, customer lists, correspondence and materials containing Confidential Information (including without limitation any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing information relating to the business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidential), and (b) all other documents, materials papers, computer discs and other such records and all property belonging to any member of the Company, the Parent Group that are or any of its or their subsidiaries or affiliates which may have been prepared by him or have come into his possession in the possession or under course of his employment by the control of Company, and the ExecutiveExecutive shall not retain any copies thereof.
