Return Condition Requirements. On Return, Sublessee will redeliver the Aircraft to Sublessor in accordance with the procedures and in the condition set out below. Immediately prior to Return, Sublessee will make the Aircraft available to Sublessor and its designees for inspection (“Final Inspection”) to verify that the condition of the Aircraft complies with the Sublease.
