Return any packaging material. If the Seller requires the Buyer to return any packaging material to the Seller, instructions to this effect are to be shown on the face of Packing Slip/dispatch documentation. Such return packaging material shall be returned at the cost of the Seller and if clearly identified as returnable, will be retained by the Buyer for a period of 14-days after receipt, or such other period as may be agreed between the Buyer and the Seller and confirmed in writing by the Buyer. At the expiration of such period, the packaging and any other packaging will become the property of the Buyer which may dispose of it as the Buyer sees fit.
