Retrospective Legislation. The Seller shall not be liable for any Claim to the extent that the Claim arises (or is increased) as a result of any change in any legislation or any change in the practice (including the withdrawal of any extra-statutory concession) of any Tax Authority or in the judicial interpretation of the law on or after the date of this Agreement.
