Retirement Villages Act 1986. The Resident acknowledges that the Resident has received a copy of this Contract, the factsheet and disclosure statement as defined in the Act, and the Resident acknowledges that the Resident has been notified of the Resident’s right to inspect the prescribed documents as referred to in the Act, at least 21 days before the Resident signed this Contract.
