Common use of Retirement System Clause in Contracts

Retirement System. Employees may join the New York State Employee’s Retirement System. Those joining are subject to all provisions, rules and regulations as outlined in the Employer’s Guide on file in the District Office. Retirement shall be defined as any unit member who has worked ten or more years for the Xxxxxx Central School District and resigns for the purpose of retirement from Holley and the NYS Employee’s Retirement System.
