Retirement Plan Partic ipation Sample Clauses

Retirement Plan Partic ipation. All employees of the University are covered by the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and participate in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement Sy tem (OPERS), the State Teachers' Retirement System (STRS) or, if eligible, an Alternative Retirement Plan (ARP). The University and the Union agree to abide by any and all rules and regulations now in effect or subsequently enacted by State of Ohio legislation, OPERS, STRS and the Alternative Retirement Plan documents. The University shall pick up the OPERS, STRS and ARP contributions for each employee on a pre-tax basis.
