Retention of Sub-Adviser. Subject to obtaining the initial and periodic approvals required under Section 15 of the 1940 Act, Manager may retain one or more sub-advisers at Manager’s own cost and expense for the purpose of furnishing one or more of the services described in Section 1 hereof with respect to Trust or one or more Funds.
