The Results Data clause defines the ownership, use, and handling of data generated as a result of performing the contract or project. Results Data data and methodology (for example, the SAS/R/Stata scripts) which underlie the Findings and which would enable another competent researcher to generate the Findings;
Results Data. Customer may retain Results Data in the OnDemand Service after termination or expiry of its license to use Assessment Content. If Results Data retention results in any retention of elements of Assessment Content question wording or choices, such elements of Assessment Content remain the exclusive property of Licensor, may not be used by Customer other than directly with retained Results Data and shall remain Confidential Information of Licensor.
Results Data. 5.1 The Customer acknowledges that: 5.1.1 all Intellectual Property Rights in the Results Data are and will remain the property of the Supplier or its licensors, as the case may be (for the avoidance of doubt, Supplier shall not have any rights in, or to, any derivative works created by the Customer as a result of such works including Results Data); and 5.1.2 it shall have no rights in or to the Results Data other than a non- exclusive, non-assignable, perpetual, royalty free right to use it under these Terms of Use (including the creation of derivative works such as reports). 5.2 Whilst the Supplier endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the Services, the Results Data is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making significant decisions. Any reliance upon the Results Data shall be at the Customers own risk. The Supplier shall not be responsible if the Results Data is not accurate, complete or current. The Supplier shall not have any responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that the Customer takes based on the Results Data. 5.3 The Supplier is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom. The Results Data is not intended to constitute any form of investment, tax, legal, or any form of financial advice; does not constitute any form of invitation, inducement or recommendation; and shall not be relied upon by the Customer in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other decision.
