Common use of Restructure/Reorganization Clause in Contracts

Restructure/Reorganization. In the event a school(s) is required to restructure, the District and the Association will meet and confer prior to any restructuring, regarding the unique needs of the school(s) impacted and attempt to collaboratively develop a plan for implementation. If unable to develop an implementation plan, the District reserves the right to implement involuntary transfers outside of the process of Section 15.6.
