Common use of Restrictive Trade Practices Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Trade Practices. 9.12.1 Notwithstanding any provision of this Deed, no provision of this Deed which is of such a nature as to make this Deed liable to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1 976 shall take effect until the day after that on which particulars have been duly furnished by the Director General of Fair Trading pursuant to that Act;
