Common use of Restrictive Covenants Agreements Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Covenants Agreements. The Executive has previously entered into the Employee Invention and Non-Disclosure Agreement dated January 20, 2023, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement dated January 20, 2023, attached hereto as Exhibit B (together, the “Restrictive Covenants Agreements”). The terms of the Restrictive Covenants Agreements continue to remain in full force and effect. For purposes of this Agreement, the obligations in this Section 8 and those that arise in the Restrictive Covenants Agreements and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, or other restrictive covenants shall collectively be referred to as the “Continuing Obligations.”
