RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN POST-EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES. (i) As long as you are employed by the Company and for a period of nine months after the termination of your employment for any reason (except in conjunction with a general solicitation for employees), you shall not solicit, or induce to resign any employee of the Company (or anyone who was an employee of the Company during the period beginning six months prior to your termination of employment with the Company), or assist in such hiring by any other person or business entity or encourage any such employee to terminate his or her employment with the Company.
