Restricted Work. In the event that an employee has a medically-documented sensitivity to a substance in the workplace that is of a permanent nature, he/she will be employed in a job that is operating in the plant which he/she has the ability to perform and which he/she is physically able to perform. He/she will be employed in such job without regard to the job posting provisions of this Collective Agreement.
