Restricted Nature. All transactions being conducted by Alinma Investment on behalf of the Investor pursuant to this Agreement on restricted bases, i.e. the investor takes the decisions related to owning; and disposing of, financial instruments and gives instructions to Alinma investment accordingly. Alinma Investment shall not conduct any transaction without getting instructions from the investor.
