Common use of Restoration of loss or damage to Project Clause in Contracts

Restoration of loss or damage to Project. Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Contract, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Term from any cause whatsoever, the Contractor shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Contract.
