Common use of Restoration of loss or damage to Project Clause in Contracts

Restoration of loss or damage to Project. Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoever, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.

Restoration of loss or damage to Project. 16.6.1 Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoeverwhatsoever other than Force Majeure Event, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.

Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period Maintenance from any cause whatsoeverattributable to the Contractor, the Concessionaire Contractor shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.

Restoration of loss or damage to Project. 15.10.1 Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project Concession Assets or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoeveras a result of breach by the Concessionaire of its obligations under this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expenseexpense and through the proceeds of Insurances, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project Concession Assets conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.
