Common use of Restoration After Contamination Clause in Contracts

Restoration After Contamination. If the presence of any Hazardous Substance or any other substance on the Premises results in any contamination of the Premises or the Land and/or Building, the Tenant shall promptly take all actions at its sole risk and expense as are necessary to return the Premises and the Property to the condition existing prior to the introduction of any such Hazardous Substance or other substance on the Premises or the Land and the Building.

If the presence of any Hazardous Substance or any other substance on brought onto the Premises by the Tenant results in any contamination of the Premises or the Land and/or BuildingComplex, the Tenant shall will promptly take all actions at its sole risk and expense as are necessary to return the Premises and the Property Complex to the condition existing prior to the introduction of any such Hazardous Substance or other substance on the Premises or the Land and the BuildingComplex.

If the presence of any Hazardous Substance or any other substance on released in or upon the Premises during the Term and any extension or renewal thereof results in any contamination of the Premises or the Land and/or BuildingPremises, the Tenant shall will promptly take all actions at its sole risk and expense as are necessary to return the Premises and the Property to the condition existing prior to the introduction of any such Hazardous Substance or other substance on the Premises or the Land and the BuildingPremises.

If the presence of Tenant has brought onto or created upon the Premise any Hazardous Substance or any other substance on the Premises results in during the Term or any contamination of the Premises extension or the Land and/or Buildingrenewal thereof, the Tenant shall will promptly take all actions at its sole risk and expense as are necessary to return the Premises and the Property to the condition existing prior to the introduction of any such Hazardous Substance or other substance on the Premises or the Land and the BuildingPremises.
