RESTAURANT FEE. Eachmembership is charged $10.00 per monthand given a creditin the same amount for restaurant use. You must use your credit each month, it does not carry over into the next month. This subsidy supports the restaurant.
RESTAURANT FEE. For each Restaurant developed, Developer will earn a $75,000 fee (“Restaurant Fee”). The Restaurant Fee shall be part of the Total Project Cost. Developer shall not be entitled to additional reimbursement for site selection expenses or travel expenses.
