Restaurant Use definition

Restaurant Use have the meaning provided in Section 9.04.02.030.730 of the SMMC.
Restaurant Use means an eating establishment where food is sold to the public for immediate consumption within the premises or delivered to other premises. Restaurant use when specified in this bylaw as a permitted use excludes, unless expressly provided otherwise, drive-in restaurants.
Restaurant Use means a use providing for the preparation and consumption of food and beverages and only includes serving alcoholic beverages to a person in conjunction with serving a meal to that person, and subject to a Class 'B' Liquor Licence under the Regulations pursuant to the Liquor Control and Licensing Act.

OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.
