Common use of Restatement of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Restatement of Representations and Warranties. Any Notice of Conversion or Notice of Continuance delivered pursuant to this Section 2.7 shall be deemed to be a representation that all of the representations and warranties of Borrowers contained in this Agreement shall then be true and correct as if made on such date, except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date, and that no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.
