Restatement of Representations and Warranties. The Borrower hereby restates and renews each and every representation and warranty heretofore made by it in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents as fully as if made on the date hereof, except to the extent that any representation or warranty related to an earlier specified date, and with specific reference to this Amendment and all other loan documents executed and/or delivered in connection herewith.
Restatement of Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties of such Borrower contained in the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and the Other Loan Documents are true and correct on and as of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined below) of this Amendment as though made on the Amendment Effective Date, unless and to the extent that any such representation and warranty is stated to relate solely to an earlier date, in which case such representation and warranty shall be true and correct as of such earlier date.

Any Notice of Conversion or Notice of Continuance delivered pursuant to this Section 2.7 shall be deemed to be a representation that all of the representations and warranties of Borrowers contained in this Agreement shall then be true and correct as if made on such date, except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date, and that no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.
