The representations and warranties of such Borrower contained in the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and the Other Loan Documents are true and correct on and as of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined below) of this Amendment as though made on the Amendment Effective Date, unless and to the extent that any such representation and warranty is stated to relate solely to an earlier date, in which case such representation and warranty shall be true and correct as of such earlier date.
