Responsible Officer. Any certificate, instrument, notice, or other document to be provided to the Lessor hereunder by any member of the Leasing Group shall be signed by an executive officer of such member (in the event that any of the foregoing is not an individual), having a position of Vice President or higher and with respect to financial matters, any such certificate, instrument, notice or other document shall be signed by the chief financial officer of such member.
