Common use of RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT. (i) Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other Services furnished by Consultant under the WOC, and all of the foregoing shall also be in accordance with Consultant’s approved Quality Plan. Consultant shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings, specifications and other Services.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT. (i) Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other Services furnished by Consultant under the WOC, and all of the foregoing shall also be in accordance with Consultant’s approved Quality PlanContract. Consultant shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings, specifications and other Services.

Consultant shall, without additional compensation, promptly correct any Consultant errors, omissions, or revise any errors or other deficiencies in its analysis, inspection, testing, reports, designs, drawings, specifications and other Servicesservices; to the extent such corrections are not attributable to change in project description or data modification by District.
