Responsibility of CareFirst BlueChoice. CareFirst BlueChoice will not be liable for any claim, injury, demand, or judgment based on tort or other grounds (including warranty of equipment), arising out of or in connection with the rental, sale, use, maintenance, or repair of Prosthetic Devices, corrective appliances or Durable Medical Equipment, whether or not covered under this Description of Covered Services.
