Responsibility for Work, Contractors and Employees. 7.2.1 Developer shall retain or cause to be retained only Contractors that are qualified, experienced and capable in the performance of the portion of the Work assigned. Developer shall ensure that each Contractor has at the time of execution of the Contract, and maintains at all times during performance of the assigned Work, all licenses, bonds and insurance required by applicable Laws.
