Common use of Responsibility for Users Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Users. (a) You must ensure that all Users comply with the acceptable use provisions set out in clause 6 as if they were you. (b) You acknowledge and agree that you are and will be responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of each User in connection with the Websites, the Subscribed Products and this agreement as if they were your acts and omissions.
