Common use of Responsibility for Users Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Users. Customer is responsible for all loss or damage arising from Customer’s and its Users’ acts, omissions or failure to keep the Account (including User Accounts) secure, for all activity that happens under its Account (including User Accounts), including the actions of its Users or other third parties (whether or not such activity was with Customer’s knowledge or consent), and for ensuring that its Users comply with this Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of its Users.
