Common use of Responsibility for Errors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Errors. All Services shall be completed to the reasonable satisfaction of the County and as required herein. Upon request, Contractor shall provide any clarifications and/or explanations regarding any Services provided as required by the County, at no additional cost to the County. In the event of an error or omission under the Contract, Contractor shall, at no cost to the County, provide all necessary design drawings, estimates, and all other professional services the County deems necessary to rectify and correct the matter to the satisfaction of the County. Contractor shall continue to be responsible for the accuracy of Services, even after the Work is accepted by the County and the termination or expiration of the Contract.
