Advisory Councils. Advisory Councils. In addition to the requirements listed in Section 2.9.5 of the Three-Way, the MCOP shall report the following to ODM on the 15th of July, October, January, and April of each calendar year:
a. List of attending members during the prior quarter for each regional Consumer Advisory Board;
b. Meeting dates, agenda, and the minutes from each regional meeting that occurred during the prior quarter; and
c. The MCOP’s method for determining the Board’s membership reflects the diversity of its enrolled population and includes members with disabilities.
Advisory Councils. Costs incurred by grantee advisory councils or committees es- tablished pursuant to Bureau requirements to carry out grant programs are allowable. The cost of like organizations is allowable when provided for in the grant agreement.

b. Expenditures of other local departments such as police, sheriff, prosecuting attorneys, in-kind services or payments to or expenses of juvenile board members.
