Common use of Responsibility for Errors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Errors. Contractor shall be responsible for its work and results under this Agreement. Contractor, when requested, shall furnish clarification and/or explanation as may be required by the County, regarding any services rendered under this Agreement at no additional cost to the County. In the event an error or omission attributable to Contractor occurs, then Contractor shall, at no cost to County, provide all necessary design drawings, estimates, and other professional services necessary to rectify and correct the matter to the sole satisfaction of County and to participate in any meeting with regard to the correction.
