Responsibility for Approving Work List. Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the design of the Landlord Electrical Work are suitable for Tenant’s use of the EV Spaces, and neither the preparation nor the approval of the Work List by Landlord shall relieve Tenant from such responsibility.
