Landlord shall not be liable for enforcement of or for failure to enforce any provision, restriction or condition of these Regulations and Restrictions and the failure of Landlord or any Tenant or Subtenant to enforce any of the provisions, restrictions or conditions of these Regulations and Restrictions shall in no event be deemed a waiver of the right to do so thereafter or to enforce any other provision, restriction of condition.
