Responsibilities of the District 12.1. The District shall examine the documents submitted by the Architect and shall render decisions so as to avoid unreasonable delay in the process of the Architect’s Services.

Department Responsibilities The use of sick leave may properly be denied if these procedures are not followed. Abuse of sick leave on the part of the employee is cause for disciplinary action. Departmental approval of sick leave is a certification of the legitimacy of the sick leave claim. The department head or designee may make reasonable inquiries about employee absences. The department may require medical verification for an absence of three (3) or more working days. The department may also require medical verification for absences of less than three (3) working days for probable cause if the employee had been notified in advance in writing that such verification was necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY 1. The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.
Responsibilities of the City The City’s Contract Manager will be responsible for exercising general oversight of the Contractor’s activities in completing the Scope of Work. Specifically, the Contract Manager will represent the City’s interests in resolving day-to-day issues that may arise during the term of this Contract, shall participate regularly in conference calls or meetings for status reporting, shall promptly review any written reports submitted by the Contractor, and shall approve all invoices for payment, as appropriate. The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.
Responsibilities of Client a. Client shall exclusively retain the services of Consultant to perform the Scope of Work, in accordance with, and subject to, the other provisions of this Agreement.
General Responsibilities of the Parties 1. The Parties will work together in a spirit of cooperation and partnership, with the responsibilities and accountabilities set out in this Agreement, to implement the Programme Documents in full in a timely, efficient, and effective, manner.
Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.
Responsibilities of the Company 3.3.1 The Company shall provide participants of CopyTrade with a complete package of services according to the Customer Agreement. The Company is liable for proper performance of technological solutions according to the Customer Agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES A. BellSouth will include billing number information associated with resold exchange lines or SPNP arrangements in its LIDB. <<customer_name>> will request any toll billing exceptions via the Local Service Request (LSR) form used to order resold exchange lines, or the SPNP service request form used to order SPNP arrangements.
