Responsibilities After Project Closeout. The Recipient agrees that Project closeout by FMCSA will not change the Recipient’s Project property management responsibilities as stated in these Grant Provisions and Assurances, and as may be set forth in subsequent Federal laws, regulations, and directives, except to the extent the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
