Common use of Responses Clause in Contracts

Responses. Written responses requested by the Employer or the Union during such meetings in regard to items raised by either party who attended such meetings shall be furnished to the receiving party within ten (10) work days after such meetings, unless the parties mutually agree to a time extension.
