Common use of Response Time Clause in Contracts

Response Time. Wazuh will use reasonable eorts to respond to each of Customer's reported Issues within the Primary Coverage Hours applicable to Customer and within the timeframe designated below, as determined by the Customer’s service level, and based on the Severity Level as determined by Wazuh.
