Resource Units Clause Samples
The 'Resource Units' clause defines the specific quantities or types of resources that will be allocated or made available for a particular project or contract. In practice, this clause outlines details such as the number of personnel, equipment, or hours of service to be provided, and may set limits or minimums for these resources. By clearly specifying resource commitments, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over what resources are to be supplied, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of obligations and expectations.
