Common use of Resource Requirements Clause in Contracts

Resource Requirements. After consultation between the School Based Team and the child’s parent/guardian, the extent of human and educational resources necessary to meet the needs of the child to be integrated shall be determined. It is the responsibility of the Board to ensure, where practicable, that resources necessary to integrate a student with special needs are available prior to or concurrently with the placement of a special needs student in any class.
