Common use of Resource Planning Clause in Contracts

Resource Planning. 5.1 NCPA staff, in consultation with Assignor's staff, shall perform necessary forecasts, studies and resource planning related to maximizing the overall value of the integrated Base Resource Percentage assignments. NCPA Staff shall perform member-specific forecasts, studies and resource plans for the benefit of the individual Assignor so requesting only upon receiving a detailed written request from Assignor particularly describing the task requested to be performed as part of a duly authorized Member Services Agreement between the individual Assignor and NCPA.
