Resolving Conflicts. Should a conflict arise between the Board and the Committee over the amount of insurance premium to be paid, an arbitrator shall have the final decision. Where appropriate, the procedures provided under the Fourth Level Grievance Procedure, as contained herein, shall apply. The arbitrator's decision shall be binding on each side.
