Resolving Conflicts. 7.1 Where conflicts arise, it will be for the parties to work together constructively to resolve them in the interest of their respective stakeholders and the wider communities they each serve. Should such a resolution not be possible, then the affected parties may serve notice on the other parties to terminate the Agreement.
