Common use of Resolution Period Clause in Contracts

Resolution Period. If Seller delivers a Dispute Notice, then Buyer and Seller shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the 30-day period beginning on the date Buyer receives the Dispute Notice (the “Resolution Period”). If Buyer and Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

Resolution Period. If the Seller timely delivers a Dispute Notice, then the Seller and the Buyer and Seller shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the thirty (30-) day period beginning on the date Buyer receives on which the Dispute Notice is delivered to the Buyer (the “Resolution Period”). If the Buyer and the Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed ItemsItem, the Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

Resolution Period. If the Seller Representative timely delivers a Dispute Notice, then Buyer and the Seller Representative shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the 3015-day period beginning on the date Buyer receives the Dispute Notice (the “Resolution Period”). If Buyer and the Seller Representative reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

If Buyer and Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer Seller shall revise the Closing Statement to reflect such agreement.

If Seller Buyer delivers a Dispute Notice, then Seller and Buyer and Seller shall seek in good faith to resolve the Disputed Items during the 3015-calendar day period beginning on the date Buyer Seller receives the Dispute Notice (the “Resolution Period”). If Seller and Buyer and Seller reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Items, Buyer Seller shall revise the Closing Inventory Statement to reflect such agreement.
