RESOLUTION ACTIVITIES. Client may be required to perform reasonable problem determination and resolution activities as requested by TRITAN. Problem determination and resolution activities may include performing network traces, capturing error messages, collecting configuration information, changing product configurations, installing new releases of Software or implementing new Services.
