Common use of Resignation/Retirement Clause in Contracts

Resignation/Retirement. 23.01 An Employee may resign or retire on the last day of a term by giving written notice to the Board four (4) weeks prior to the date of resignation/retirement. 23.02 An Employee may resign or retire at any other time by the mutual consent in writing by the Employee and the Board.
