Resignation/Retirement. 23.01 An Employee may resign or retire on the last day of a term by giving written notice to the Board four (4) weeks prior to the date of resignation/retirement. 23.02 An Employee may resign or retire at any other time by the mutual consent in writing by the Employee and the Board.

23.03 An Employee shall be subject to retirement at the end of the term in which the Employee attains their sixty-fifth (65th) birthday and continuation of employment thereafter shall be at the Employer’s discretion.
