Resident Selection. The Provider will select Residents in accordance with the Specific Purpose. The Provider will use all reasonable efforts to maintain full occupancy of the Development with Residents who meet the Specific Purpose, but if there are no applicants for a vacant unit in accordance with the Specific Purpose then the Provider may accept applicants at any income level with the approval of BC Housing which will not be unreasonably withheld.
